There are airy open facilities round the pool and lots of space to sit and relax or lie in the sun. It is almost totally used by the youth market of a major UK tour operator, so is not one for families or those wanting peace and quiet especially at night. The beach is walkable in around 10 minutes from this location. There is also a Vivian 2 which is a sister property, a short way away on the road to the neighbouring resort of Kalamaki.

The attractive grounds are just above the side street, with a tiled pool terrace between the accommodation. A glass-sided single-storey building houses a bar with interior and exterior tables and chairs for breakfasts and snacks.

Area Type: On a small side street in semi-rural surrounds opposite some wasteland. A few other holiday accommodations are along the street. The nearest main concentration of amenities is a few minutes walk along the street and a bus stops here too. Local buses and taxis (called from reception) can be obtained for the short cheap journey to Zakynthos Town or to the surrounding local area, including neighbouring Kalamaki.
